Speed Trail

Both fast and leisurely participants can really get going on the Speed Trail ( part of the KING/QUEEN ranking ). Starting in the Ötscher Trail Arena, the route runs after a short asphalt section over forest roads and fast single trails up to the Steingrabenkreuz. The fast downhill runs to the first refreshment point in Raneck. The flat section into the Weitental that follows invites you to relax before the steep climb over the ski slope to the second refreshment point at the Riffelsattel. Well fed, the last short climb awaits with a summit victory on the Kleiner Ötscher, before starting the 700m downhill over the ski slope to the Ötscher Trail Arena for the sprint to the finish.

In addition to the Ötscher Trail KING/QUEEN ranking, the Speed Trail also counts towards the Austrian Trailrunning Cup 2024 .
